There are two main components: The training modules and the community. The training modules are basically small online courses, with new ones added all the time. Topics include goal setting, songwriting for beginners, technical stuff, confidence and motivation and much more.

The other part is the community, which is like an exclusive social media platform only for Strongwriting members. Here we can network, collaborate, help each other, and so on.

A lot of people have hang-ups about their skills as musicians or their lack of music theory understanding. I get it. I've certainly had those doubts (and believe me, I'm not the best instrumentalist and my grasp of music theory is very basic). You worry that you won't have the skills to write something interesting, memorable or original, that your music won't sound as good as some of your favorite songs, or that songwriting requires innate talent.

I don’t care who you are or what your background is, my methods will make you better at writing songs that resonate with listeners and create raving fans of your music. 

Look, there are no quick fixes to make you great at anything. That’s not how life works, and if I guaranteed to make you a great songwriter in a week, that would be a promise I couldn’t keep. However, I am able to guarantee that you WILL get better if you follow my training consistently. In week four you will be better than in week one, and after three months your skills will have improved exponentially. I’m glad you asked! I’m Eyvindur Karlsson. Over the past 20+ years, I've worked as a professional songwriter. I've written music for award winning musicals, TV shows, other artists and my own singer-songwriter career. My songs have been performed by artists in Iceland and abroad, and I've gained a reputation as a prolific writer of memorable songs. Songwriting is a passion of mine, and when I'm not writing songs I love to talk shop with other songwriters.
